Hello, I downloaded the movie, but the file is incomplete. It only plays for about 50 minutes, then it stops and the rest of the movie cannot be watched. Also, when I open the file, I get an “unsupported encoding settings” error. Please re-upload the complete and working movie file or provide a valid download link. Thank you.

Hello Abdul Hai Habibi, If you download the dubbed version, there should normally be no problem. However, downloading the original-language version or other language versions may cause issues. The dubbed version is available and working properly; you only need a stable internet connection, and your internet or Wi-Fi should not disconnect during the download. Thank you.
