Jeff and Anne, two close friend and colleague in a suburban high school, are embarrassingly luckless at love. With nil else to lose, they hatch a program to transform themselves over the course of study of a sex-and-alcohol-fueled summertime into the cool, confident people they draw a bead on to be.
