City of Light, 1910. Emile, a shy film projectionist, and Raoul, a colourful discoverer, happen themselves embark on the Holman Hunt for a monster terrorize citizen. They fall in force with Lucille, the big-hearted star of the Rare Bird nightclub, an bizarre scientist and his choleric monkey to salvage the monster, who turn out to be an over-sized but harmless flea, from the metropolis’s ruthlessly ambitious police force head.
