In the 3rd film of this franchise from manager J.T. petit larceny, Karl Geary star as as Marvin Montrose, whose allergy restrict him to his begrimed flat, where he populate with his mom and sis. He has an odd avocation of spy on his neighbor in the following edifice with his photographic camera. As neighbor get down disappear and cryptic figure travel in and out of Marvin’s finder, the privy Peeping Tom get down to surmise that a sinister force is at work in his vicinity.
