Kelly Michael Faraday (Laura Leighton) is a telecasting newsman who travel back to her hometown of Prosper, Silver State with her teenage girl Kamilla (Shanley Caswell). Upon her reaching she find that the town is in the center of a drouth. Emmett Kelly’s mother Babe Ruth (Angie Emily Dickinson) must travel forwards from their alienation to work together in stop the gambling casino development which endanger the town’s H2O supply.
