The narrative follow a newsman name Richard Dees as he follow, try to catch up with, a liquidator who kill his victim in a vampiristic manner. The slayer flies to each slaying scene in a black Skymaster aeroplane. At one point, Dees make catch up with the airplane and find soil indoors and the inside cover in blood, heighten the suspense of the movie. The secret plan culminate in Dees’ confrontation with ‘The nighttime flyer’ and his own loss of saneness.
