A homeless person man roll the land in hunt of retaliation for the slaying of his son at the custody of an unknown pack. Upon arrive in a new town he find himself trap in a metropolis drowning in pandemonium, its people firm in the appreciation of a ruthless offense foreman peddle the mind-blowing drug, “El Utimo River Aire”. This man is a fable, a hit man, the slayer of killer and the people name him “Toro Loco”.
