The story follows a young man who makes the painful decision to leave behind the woman he deeply loves and the family who raised him in order to serve in the military. Driven by duty and ambition, he steps into a world filled with discipline, danger, and life changing experiences. Years later, when he finally returns home, he is no longer the same person who once left. The things he witnessed and endured during his time away have left deep scars on his mind and heart. As he tries to reconnect with the people and life he once knew, a series of unexpected events begin to reshape his character even further.
