A highly confidential research project being carried out in Korea suddenly becomes a matter of international concern after its existence is exposed to the United States. Because of the sensitive nature of the project and the potential consequences if the information spreads further, the authorities decide to shut the entire operation down. As part of the agreement that follows, a crucial sample connected to the project must be handed over. However, before the transfer can be completed, an unexpected accident occurs during transportation, causing the valuable sample to disappear and creating a tense and chaotic situation. Director Choe, who has been deeply involved in the project from the beginning, quickly attempts to conceal the missing sample and keep the situation under control. At the same time, a determined man named Paul begins searching for it, aware that the sample could hold enormous importance.
