Travis Scott is taking another major step into Hollywood following his appearance in Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey. The rapper revealed that acting in the epic film pushed him outside his comfort zone and inspired him to pursue more opportunities on screen.
Scott admitted he was extremely nervous while filming his first scene, describing the experience as one of the biggest challenges of his career. He praised Christopher Nolan for encouraging him to embrace the role and credited the filmmaker with helping him grow as a performer.
Beyond acting, Scott has signed a first-look agreement with Paramount Pictures through his Cactus Jack banner. The partnership will allow him to develop film, television and other creative projects with the studio as he expands his work beyond the music industry.
Scott also said awards have never been his primary motivation, despite receiving multiple Grammy nominations without a win. Instead, he remains focused on creating meaningful work across music, film and visual storytelling while continuing to develop new projects.
